Jeffrey D. John, CPA - Partner 

Jeff began his career in public accounting in 1998 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Fresno Pacific University.  While working in a Fresno area CPA firm, Jeff passed the CPA exam in 1999 and was licensed in 2001.  In 2004, after much prayer and family consultation, Jeff purchased a firm from a retiring CPA in downtown Selma, CA.  Jeff has focused his professional career on providing in-depth advice concerning tax and business planning opportunities, as well as assisting with compliance and reporting requirements associated with this planning.

Locally, Jeff is a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Selma and served as Secretary for the 2009/10 and 2010/11 fiscal years.  This club is involved in fundraisers and service projects benefitting the youth of Selma.  From 1998 - 2010, Jeff served on the Board of Directors for Palm Village Retirement Community in Reedley, CA.  During that time he has chaired the board twice, served as audit committee chair and participated in the budget and finance committee. 

Jeff is a member of Campus Bible Church and serves on the men's ministry team and has served church nominating committee. He has received training in church leadership and shepherding of believers through elder and pastor lead courses.   

Jeff married his college sweetheart, Carrie, in 1998.  They have four children and reside in Clovis, CA.

Daniel A. Rich, CPA - Partner

Dan began his career in public accounting in 2000 while a student at Fresno Pacific University in Fresno, CA.  After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting in 2001, he passed the CPA exam and continued gaining experience in taxation and accounting. 

His taxation experience includes individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts and non-profit organizations.  His accounting experience includes financial statement preparation and various other accounting services relating to small businesses and individuals.

In 2008, Dan became an Endorsed Local Provider for tax services for the Dave Ramsey Show. The Dave Ramsey Show is a radio program where host Dave Ramsey talks callers through their financial questions and concerns, offering support to the hurting and guidance to the financially uncertain. Dave encourages all listeners to eliminate their debt and achieve financial peace. The show is aired on more than 450 stations across the country with over 4.5 million listeners weekly. Dan married his college sweetheart, Kerrie, in 2001.  They have three daughters and a son. Dan has served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Helping Hands Pregnancy and Parenting Center in his hometown of Oakhurst, CA since 2004. He is a member of Mountain Christian Center and is active in the church's activities for couples and families with young children. In his leisure time, he enjoys sports and card/board games.

Matthew J. Souder - IT Administrator, Bookkeeper, Office Manager

Matthew has been with our firm since its inception in 2004.  He specializes in income tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax services, including experience in out-of-state payroll.  In addition he provides information technology and network administration to our firm and consults with clients on various computer related issues upon request.

Matthew and his wife, Kim, have three children.  They enjoy traveling with their travel trailer and playing games together.  Matthew is also the volunteer worship leader of Campus Bible Church and serves on the Creative Arts Team.  

Yia Vue - Staff Accountant

Yia has been with our firm since January 2013.  He attended Cal State University Fresno, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  Since joining the firm, he has continued to gain experience in taxation and accounting.

Yia married his wife, Amy, in the summer of 2012 and together they have one child, a rambunctious baby boy, Isaac.  In his spare time, Yia enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching sports, especially the Cowboys.
